İADE&TESLİM ŞARTLARI


1. Teslimat Politikası (Shipping Policy)

FHE Store olarak siparişlerinizi özenle hazırlıyor ve güvenle ulaştırmak için çalışıyoruz.

  • Sipariş Hazırlanma Süresi: Siparişleriniz, onaylandıktan sonra 3 ile 10 iş günü içerisinde hazırlanarak paketlenir. El yapımı veya özel üretim süreçlerimiz nedeniyle hazırlık süresi bu aralıkta değişiklik gösterebilmektedir.

  • Ücretsiz Kargo: 2500 TL ve üzeri alışverişlerinizde kargo ücreti tarafımızca karşılanmaktadır. 2500 TL altındaki siparişlerde kargo bedeli ödeme sayfasında tutara eklenir.

  • Kargo Teslim Süresi: Siparişiniz kargoya verildikten sonra, kargo firması tarafından genellikle 1 ile 3 iş günü içerisinde adresinize teslim edilir.

  • Takip Bilgisi: Ürününüz kargoya teslim edildiğinde, kargo takip numaranız e-posta veya SMS yoluyla size iletilecektir.

  • Adres Kontrolü: Lütfen teslimat adresinizin doğruluğundan emin olun. Yanlış adres kaynaklı gecikmelerden FHE Store sorumlu tutulamaz.

2. İade ve Geri Ödeme Politikası (Refund Policy)

FHE Store'dan satın aldığınız ürünleri, yasal cayma hakkınız kapsamında iade edebilirsiniz.

  • İade Süresi: Ürünü teslim aldığınız tarihten itibaren 14 gün içerisinde iade talebi oluşturabilirsiniz.

  • İade Şartları: İade edilecek ürünün kullanılmamış, yıkanmamış, etiketleri sökülmemiş ve orijinal ambalajı bozulmamış olması gerekmektedir. Yeniden satışa uygun olmayan ürünlerin iadesi kabul edilmez.

  • İade Süreci: İade işlemini başlatmak için valenstekst@gmail.com üzerinden sipariş numaranızla birlikte bizimle iletişime geçiniz.

  • Geri Ödemeler: İadeniz tarafımıza ulaşıp incelendikten sonra onaylanırsa, ödemeniz 7-10 iş günü içerisinde orijinal ödeme yönteminize (kredi kartı/banka kartı) geri iade edilir.

    • Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. FHE Store is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address information.

    2. Refund & Return Policy

    Thank you for shopping at FHE Store. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

    • Return Period: You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
